We want every Homestead Daily product to feel useful, practical, and worth paying for. If the Year Binder isn't the right fit for you, we'll make it right.

7 days, no jargon.

If you buy the Homestead Year Binderand it isn't the right fit, email support@homesteaddaily.app within 7 days of purchaseand we'll refund you.

When you write us, please include the email address you used at checkout. That's the fastest way for us to find your order and get the refund processed.

A note on digital products

The Year Binder is a digital product — it's delivered as a PDF the moment your payment goes through, so we can't un-deliver it like a physical item. Because of that, refunds are handled case-by-case within the 7-day window. We aim to be customer-friendly: if you bought it, you tried it, and it isn't working for you, we'll work it out.

A few details

  • This policy applies to Year Binder purchases made directly through HomesteadDaily.app.
  • The Homestead Records Starter Pack is free, so no refund process is needed there. If something's broken, just email us and we'll fix it.
  • Trouble downloading the PDF, opening the file, or accessing your purchase? Email us — that's a delivery issue, not a refund issue, and we'll make it right without touching your refund window.
  • App subscription refunds (Pro, Farm+) are handled separately through Stripe's billing portal or your device's app store, depending on where you subscribed.
How to request a refund

Send a note to support with the email address you used at checkout. We'll reply, confirm the order, and process the refund through Stripe.
